She has a passion for customer service and previously worked at Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa (www.chewtonglen.com) organising Conferences when this beautiful retreat was under the ownership of Mr & Mrs Skan.

Lauren originally hails from bonny Scotland and graduated in 2020 from Glasgow Caledonian University achieving a 2:1 Honours Degree in Podiatry.

Lauren’s interest in Podiatry came from being referred to see a Podiatrist following a minor injury sustained during sporting activities. For seven years Lauren worked as a lifeguard and was a keen athlete, having competed in many heptathlons. This experience, coupled with her sporting background, has given Lauren a valuable insight into the stresses and strains that we put our lower limbs through and how Podiatrists can, literally, help people get back on their feet. These days, Lauren likes to go dog walking and to go to the gym. Ensuring that our clients experience the personal touch and with her charming Scottish accent, Lauren is enjoying getting to know our patients and takes great pride in her work and the satisfaction of our patients walking out of the treatment room as though they are walking on air.

As Lauren has recently re-located, she is enjoying getting to know the Hampshire and Dorset areas and all that the New Forest area and the beaches have to offer.

Jessica comes from Hong Kong and graduated in 2021 from the University of Northampton and achieved a 2:1 Honours Degree in Podiatry.

Within her three years of study, she found she had a specific interest in Diabetes and hence she did a Masters Degree in Diabetes Best Practice at the University of Southampton that was awarded to her with Merit in 2022.

Jessica’s passion for Podiatry developed because of both her Mother and Grandmother and their experiences with healthcare of the lower limbs. Knowing that our feet are just as important as our heart, she loves to take good care of her patient’s feet, getting to know her patients and more importantly, she wants her patients to attend the appointment happily and leave with total satisfaction.

In her spare time, Jessica loves to bake and is enjoying exploring the New Forest area and travelling around the UK.
